To ensure we act with integrity, all employees of Silver King are required to follow our corporate compliance policy and Code of Business Conduct. Each year, the company conducts compliance training on ethics and business conduct, anti-corruption, bribery and conflict of interest policies and our employees have access to confidentially report policy violations. Silver King has no tolerance for any retaliatory action taken against anyone who comes forward to raise genuine concerns about possible violations.
